Settle in before the snow flies! Adorable, cozy home in an excellent, quiet location, just outside Hingiss Park with a footbridge connecting to downtown Kiel over the Sheboygan River. This property offers plenty of charm and potential for someone ready to roll up their sleeves and make it their own. Improvements are needed, including a new roof, and boiler (while boiler is currently working, has been recalled). Buyers are encouraged to complete any inspections prior to submitting an offer, as the seller will not consider repairs. This is an opportunity to bring your vision to life in a desirable location. Don’t miss your chance to explore the possibilities!
