The lots will be fully improved with under ground utilities, water and sewer, curb and gutter and sidewalks. To get to the location Hwy 100 to South Nicholson Road, south past Oakwood Road. Subdivision is under construction on the east side of Nicholson just north of East Elm Road. It will be a few weeks before walking the development is possible.
